We are looking for an experienced Events & Workplace Experience Manager with a hospitality-centric approach for our strategic client, a global tech company locaated in Espoo. Your responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of Meetings & Events, ensuring flawless execution.
- Oversee daily operations within the Meeting Center and office space, providing crucial support to the Site Manager.
- Collaborate with your team to curate experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests, fostering a sense of belonging and importance.
- Establish and uphold Standard Operational Procedures to guarantee consistency and excellence.
- Foster team development through workshops, training, and mentorship initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our hospitality standards, proactively suggesting enhancements and efficiencies.
- Conduct meticulous audits and follow-ups to maintain a consistent 5-star experience.
- Manage administrative processes including analytics, vendor relations, and budgeting, ensuring optimal performance.
- Uphold the highest standards of workplace environment and client satisfaction, nurturing strong partnerships with colleagues and clients alike.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a track record in a similar role.
- Proven experience in high-profile international corporate settings, with exposure to facilities management being advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and punctuality coupled with exceptional hosting skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a penchant for 5-star service.
- Proactive and service-oriented approach, adept at problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and adeptness in managing various systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a knack for efficiency and safety.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Finnish and other languages is advantageous.
