We are currently looking for a DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER in Finland to join Anora´s Sales and Operations Planning team for temporary basis (18 months), based on a leave of absence. We would like to have you onboard starting from 1st of June 2024.

We are looking for a person to take care of our Sales & Operations and Demand Planning processes for our chosen markets/sales channels. You work closely together with our sales units to achieve better planning accuracy and optimal inventory levels while maintaining a good service level towards customers. In this position you support Anora´s independent wine companies. The recruitment process will be handled by Staffpoint but this is a direct hiring for Anora. This position is located at Anora headquarters, Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Anora’s commercial units to improve planning accuracy and inventory levels by analyzing data and creating reports that support decision making
• Demand Planning responsibility for assigned sales channels
• Forecast meetings and KPI follow-up together with internal stakeholders

Your background

As an individual you are result and detail-oriented and your working style is proactive. You have very strong analytical competence and ability to understand the big picture and total costs. You can analyze what is behind the numbers and KPIs and turn them into targets and action plans. You have great communication and presentation skills. You have the ability to take ownership and work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a multicultural environment.

To succeed in this position you have:

• At least few years of relevant working experience in the areas of planning, logistics or supply chain
• Relevant degree e.g. Bachelor or MSc
• Experience from FMCG and working in an international company is considered an advantage
• Good understanding of systems and IT processes or the ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Previous experience with MS Office, SAP ERP, PowerBI and/or Relex. Experience from another planning system is also valuable.
• Fluency in English and Finnish. Other Nordic languages are considered as an asset.
