We are now looking for a development orientated Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining specific sales processes to boost harmonization and efficiency. You play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within commercial excellence. Your success in this position will rely on adeptly managing change and introducing new processes, systems, and ways of working.
In this role, you will report to our Commercial Excellence Director and be working out of Paulig Group's headquarters in Vuosaari, Finland, or in Solna or Mölndal, Sweden. This is a temporary position for one year, with the possibility of future opportunities within Paulig.
Key tasks in this role:
- Conducting thorough analysis and standardizing and harmonizing sales sub-processes across the Paulig organization.
- Actively collaborating with stakeholders to guarantee smooth operational changes, compliance, and consistency in processes.
- Setting clear objectives and guidelines to improve process design and optimization.
- Developing business capabilities by implementing supportive tools and solutions.
- Upgrading processes to align with industry benchmarks and anticipate future trends.
- Introducing new ways of working to elevate process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Refining sales interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Capturing and incorporating stakeholders' requirements, expectations, and ideas for process development.
- Managing change and promoting the adoption of new ways of working and technologies.
- Acting as a role model for leadership principles and collaborating effectively in the matrix and externally.

What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience working in a commercial context within the international FMCG industry. You have a strong track record of successfully carrying out development projects, with a focus on e.g. processes, capabilities and systems.
- Strong skills in change management
- Robust strategic and tactical business understanding. We value your experience in commercial environments, particularly in the FMCG industry.
- Relevant educational background (e.g. Master’s degree in business administration)
- Fluent written and spoken English
