Project Manager (facilities and construction)

Supercell is now offering a great opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Helsinki-based facility team of the global mobile game company. You’ll support senior colleagues in Supercell’s construction and facility related projects in Finland and overseas.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support, such as tracking deliverables and milestones, helps in keeping the project on schedule and within the agreed specifications.

• Coordinating schedules and setting up meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders can collaborate effectively on project developments.

• Maintaining frequent and detailed communication with all members of the team to ensure clarity at all times.

• Updating project documents, including project plans, reports, and any other supportive material that contributes to a well-documented project lifecycle.

• Helping Senior Project Managers in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of a project, as well as creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, resources, budget, timeline, and risks involved.

• Opportunity to manage smaller projects independently or parts of larger projects under guidance.

As a Project Manager, you can juggle multiple projects at the same time, keep calm in changing situations, and understand which tasks to prioritize. You are naturally a team player with strong communication skills but also able to manage your own work independently. You have a hands-on approach, understanding of buildings and facilities, and you aren’t afraid to visit construction sites at times. Also, you have the ability to conduct analysis when needed.

Requirements:

• A couple of years’ experience in a similar project-related role with relation to construction or office facilities

• Relevant higher educational background, such as in business or engineering, and prior vocational education in construction or similar is appreciated.

• Good MS Office and Google suite skills, and preferably knowledge of contract and project management processes and tools (e.g. Trello)

• Full working proficiency in Finnish and English

• Attention to details, quick problem solving and strong communication skills

• Interest in (Supercell) games and the game industry is a big plus!

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly to Supercell. Ideal starting time is as soon as possible in June. The role is located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, and we hope you are primarily able to work at the office but some remote work is also possible. In addition, this position may include travel but not extensively.
