We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage the Kongsberg Maritime Turku Office. We are a forward-looking team set to digitalise the Maritime business and re-imagine as well as deliver technologies that will change the ways vessels are operated. This position is part-time and fixed term (approximately 6 months). After the fixed-term contract, there is potential for further employment.

As a person you are positive and have attention to details while keeping several balls in the air. You get hands-on with a wealth of different office responsibilities like managing our facilities, purchases, events and meetings as well as supporting the management team of Kongsberg Maritime Turku. In due course you have the chance to expand your responsibilities based on business needs and your areas of interest. You have a natural ability to bring simplicity into a complex environment and bring structure to your work and to those around you.

You can be a student at the end of your studies, just starting your career or be a more seasoned professional. Your character and ability to get things done is what counts!

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the administration of the Kongsberg Turku office

• Ensure that the Kongsberg Maritime Turku office is an innovative and welcoming place to work

• Manage all office related purchases, deliveries, agreements and invoices

• Function as a liaison towards the office real estate management company

• Arrange external and internal events and meetings

• Coordinate participation and arrangements to fairs and trade shows

• Manage all office documentation, policies and practices

• Assist the management with practical matters like onboarding of new employees, marketing, press engagements, presentations, travel, calendar etc.

Your qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in getting things done

• Structured way of working with excellent social skills

• Positive attitude

• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus

• Degree in a relevant field
