Summer Trainee, Project Manager

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Project Manager to join our CTO Order Execution team in Hämeenlinna. As a Project Manager you will be working with Configured-to-Order cranes deliveries from Order to Invoice across EMEA countries. Your main responsibility is to manage CTO crane orders from sales to customer delivery. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hämeenlinna (Innopark Business Campus) with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an engineering student who is eager to learn more about project management tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background e.g. in Mechanical, or Electrical engineering (preferably 3rd-4th year studies)

• Positive can do attitude and understanding of project management principles

• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, and you are familiar with CAD and PLM tools (E3, Autocad, Vertex, Siemens NX/Teamcenter)

• Earlier work experience in similar tasks and e.g. SAP ERP knowledge is seen as a beneficial
