Summer Trainee, Procurement Excellence

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Procurement Excellence to join our Procurement Excellence team in Finland. As a Procurement Excellence Summer Trainee you will be working with Procurement Excellence team, which is developing and creating processes, tools, training materials, analyses etc. for the whole procurement organisation within Konecranes. Your daily responsibilities include for example master data analysis and corrective actions, supporting development and maintenance of the processes, systems and tools, cleaning and updating process instructions and documentation and supporting training material creation. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is in Hyvinkää but working from Espoo and partly remotely is also an opportunity.

Requirements:  

• Academic background in economy, procurement or supply chain management (preferably 2nd-4th year studies) 

• Understanding of SAP MM module or Power BI reporting from your studies or working life 

• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.  

• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
