As a Summer Intern – Testing, you will be carrying out test engineering activities for our life-changing medical products. It’s a role where you will help ensuring that our products work as specified and fulfill the customer needs. Job Description

Responsibilities

• Join a Scrum team that develops CARESCAPE patient monitor features. The role will provide you with a vantage point to the development of medical devices.

• Develop and execute automated test cases for a patient monitor using Robot Framework. Use Windows and Linux environments.

• Plan and execute the manual testing of a patient monitor.

• Participate in documentation and other Scrum team activities per team priorities.

• Interact seamlessly in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, global environment.

Qualifications and experience

• On-going studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field

• Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving

• Desire to challenge the design to improve product quality

• Interest to build career in medical technology, and through this, help people around the globe

• Fluent in spoken and written English

Desirable skills

• Hands-on experience in scripting or programming, desirably with Python

• Experience in Robot Framework

• Experience in using Linux command line

• Experience in Agile way of working
