We are looking for a summer intern to work as a Test Automation Engineer to design test solution and develop test scripts, that help prove the function and reliability of our products and designs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and/or maintain test infrastructure solutions for functional, non-functional, challenging test scenarios such as performance, power consumption, Monte Carlo, reliability, etc.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather test and use scenarios, design interfaces for test scripting and continuous integration systems.

• Monitor the health of the testing infrastructure

• Validate tooling to meet medical regulatory standards

• Report defects in product design and participate in technical reviews

Qualifications and Experience

• Studying a bachelor’s or higher degree in Software or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

• Experience with Python, Linux

• Hands-on with HW and HW/SW integration 

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

• EU work permit

• Fluent in written and spoken English

Desirable skills

• Good knowledge of software and hardware testing methodologies and processes

• Experience in automated testing

• Experience with continuous integration and DevOps integration

• Experience with GIT/Gerrit

• Experience with Robot Framework
