We are looking for a
SALES SUPPORT MANAGER, OUTLINED PRICE AGREEMENTS
to join our Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Sales Support Team in our exciting journey towards Tier 1 company. We offer flexible outlined price agreements for our customers to efficiently purchase products from Metso Outotec.
THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to own the Outlined Price Agreements sales process and management. You will work with the Market Area teams to develop the ways of selling profitable Outlined Price Agreements in alignment with Business Areas’ requirements. This is a global role with a wide geographical coverage, reporting to the VP, Service Solutions – Sales based in Australia. You can be based in any of our offices in Europe.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Defining, communicating, and continuously improving the standard Outlined Price Agreement sales processes, workflows, tools, guidelines, and legal must-haves.
- Outlined Price Agreement (OPA) global sales support and overall performance, in accordance with defined standards, guidelines, best practices and corporate objectives.
- Ensuring the requirements of the different Market Areas (MAs), Business Areas (BAs), Business Lines (BLs) are considered to meet customer expectations and Metso Outotec objectives.
- Overseeing the overall sales cases progress. This may include prioritization of the cases for the key stakeholders (e.g., Global Quotation System, Business Lines) and escalation of major concerns within the management organization.
- Coaching and training Market Area teams to be autonomous with selling OPA.
- Ensuring best practices are reviewed, approved, documented, and communicated.
- Liaising with the Deployment Team to roll-out global OPA process/tools to all Market Areas.
- Leading the work of one team member.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with excellent commercial skills, a “hands-on” approach and the following skills and qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant study field (e.g., Engineering or Business).
- Advanced interpersonal skills to work with a multi-national team.
- Customer orientation and service-minded way of working.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Previous experience in selling/managing Pricing Agreements (3+ years).
- Capability to work independently and pro-actively, coaching mentality.
- Ability to travel and work across different time zones.
