The main responsibility for a Product Manager is to improve our products for our B2B customers in the Nordic countries. The overall objective is to ensure that our product portfolio is attractive, profitable and compliant. The portfolio consists of electricity products, environmental products and administrative services. You will be part of a Nordic team, working in close cooperation with the Sales department, Customer Service, and several other functions within Vattenfall.
As a Product Manager you will develop new products for B2B customers, adapt our current ones to keep them up to date with changing needs and support Business Sales in winning individual deals. You would be responsible for our Finnish products, in practice that means you are on top of the content of the contract templates making sure we are able to deliver on what is agreed with customer, as well as know-how of how the products are set up in the invoicing system CAB and build new products when needed. You will be reporting to the head of Commodities Corporate.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a MS Engineering or other relevant university degree, a deep understanding of the energy market, and energy sales business in specific. Experience from working with the whole chain in the product processes (sales, invoicing and follow-up) is highly valuable, as well as building reports in PowerBI. This means you are quickly up to speed with most issues that arise. Your experience and personal characteristics allow you to understand how our products fit our customers’ business and how they can be improved to better solve customer needs.

Besides the above criteria the Product Manager need to have the following:
- analytical mindset and skills
- quick learner and curious
- solution oriented
- ability to take initiative and take appropriate action independently
- structured, able to plan and execute committed work efficiently
- strong communication skills, a true team player and relation builder
- fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Swedish is an advantage.
