What you’ll do
As a Process Lead for defined Record-to-Report sub-process area, you are a member of the Record and Close team. You have an important role in leading, developing and monitoring defined Record-to-Report sub-process area to ensure high operational process performance and reporting quality and implementation of development initiatives. You have a strong will to develop Record-to-Report process, implement development initiatives successfully and ensure adoption of projects into processes takes place in Financial Control. You work in close cooperation with key stakeholders in Finance Operations and RTR Process Development.
Your main tasks include:
Leading, developing and monitoring defined Record-to-Report sub-process area to ensure high operational process performance and reporting quality and implementation of development initiatives
Ensuring process guidelines in own area are up-to-date
Driving forward and coordinating development in defined sub-process area
Leading and owning development backlog and resource planning in defined sub-process area
Tracking the monthly progress of the development initiatives in defined sub-process area and taking corrective actions if needed
Participating into defined development projects
Ensuring implementation and adoption of projects into processes takes place in Financial Control teams
Acting as a connection point of defined sub-process area towards Financial Control teams, teams ensuring together with Process Lead that operational activities and team-specific development is according to process guidelines
Ensuring well-functioning co-operation with key stakeholders in Finance Operations and RTR Process Development
Growing process understanding across Finance and Control organisation
Who you are
You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Economics and Business Administration
You have strong process understanding
You have very good project management skills
You have very good collaboration, communication and influencing skills
You have very good change management and leadership skills
You have at least 7 years of work experience with finance processes
You have motivation to learn, drive things forward and can-do attitude
You have previous experience of driving process development in finance or similar function in a multinational environment
You are fluent in English, other language skills are a benefit
