Marketing Assistant

ANDRITZ Oy is looking for a new professional team member, Marketing Assistant, to strengthen the Marketing team in Pulp & Paper Recovery and Power division. As Marketing Assistant you will work in close cooperation with global ANDRITZ community, employees, and managers. You will also actively interact with different stakeholders, both internal and external. The position reports to Marketing Manager, Recovery and Power division.

Location of the position is preferably in Helsinki but other ANDRITZ Oy locations in Finland are possible. ANDRITZ Oy centers of excellence are: Helsinki, Kotka, Lahti, Savonlinna, Lappeenranta, Tampere and Varkaus.

Your responsibilities are as follows: 
•    Support our global divisional marketing activities
•    Personal reinforcement for visibility of online and social media
•    Develop sales and marketing materials in cooperation with sales teams (presentations, print material, movies, animations, articles, reference cases, web content, press releases etc.)
•    Support in marketing activities for ANDRITZ global sustainability initiative CircleToZero 
•    Support in different events, such as exhibitions, fairs, webinars, and seminars

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience & expertise: 
•    Degree from a relevant area
•    Experience in Marketing in Pulp and Paper or plant and construction business field 
•    Previous experience from content creation in social media
•    Ability to interact and cooperate with diverse people and on different organizational levels
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken
•    Up-to-date IT skills, especially in MS office, and Adobe programs (PhotoShop, InDesign). Other program knowledge is seen as benefit.
•    Hands-on touch and problem-solving skills
•    Structured and quality-conscious team player
