Customer/Logistics Service Coordinator

Our business is growing, and we are strengthening the Lantmännen Unibake Finland and Baltics Supply Chain resources. We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Service Coordinator to manage order to invoice process as well as inbound and outbound warehouse and transport process.

In this role you are part of the customer and logistic service team and will report to Logistics Manager in Finland. Your office will be located at our Petikko bakery in Vantaa.

We need your bright head!

Your main task is to support the customer journey, including order intake, up-to-date inventory management and product availability information. You have several internal and external customers with whom you interact on a daily basis. You are the first and last point of contact towards our customers and will play an important role in representing our company and providing delightful service to our customers.

You have :

• customer-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships
• experience in responsible customer service and from order to invoice process
• suitable education, excellent office software skills and ability to use and benefit from modern ERP systems.
• a good command of English and Finnish, Estonian is an advantage
• good communication and collaboration skills.

You are :

• friendly, open and positive person and excellent team player
• service-minded and able to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
• able to adapt to changing situations and be flexible when necessary
• eager to learn and adapt to changes
