establishing governance structure, escalation management, performance monitoring, agreement management and

Achievements: Leading negotiation team through renewal of Nokia´s IT Master Services Outsourcing Agreement • The
negotiation result ensured a 9% Y-o-Y savings of €24M and €2M cost avoidance for Nokia over a 3 year contract period.
