Started as a Sales person and proceeded with my career
to Deputy Head of Sales. My main responsibility was
leading Product andShore Excursions Departments. SED
was biggest P&L unit of the company. I had team of 10
for new product development to maintain and grow
competitive advantage on the market. P&L performance
of SPB office under me was outstanding compared to
other offices, so I was appointed to Head of Sales with
task to improve inbound sales team performance of the
