Experimentalist in optics and nano-photonics. Main field of interest now is to investigate the collective modes (single particle resonance + diffractive mode) on plasmonic nanoparticle arrays with different geometries and their functionality as a new type of laser source. Solid background in optics and strong knowledge on nanofabrication, optical characterization, data analysis and numerical simulation.
Completed projects include the spectra modulation of fluorescent molecules and quantum dots by plasmonic nanoparticle arrays, geometry dependence of diffractive surface modes in plasmonic arrays, and plasmonic lasing and condensation.
Numerical simulations and experimental measurements of photonic bandgap structures.
Completed projects include the scattering property simulations of optical antenna, fluorescence measurements of bio-structural colors, and optomechanical effects calculations in bilayer graphene plasmons.
