> Part of a sales and marketing team based in Helsinki, Finland. Responsibilities increasing sales levels included cold-calling and answering phone and email enquiries from potential customers
> Email marketing including each month’s special offers and price discounts. Street actions and fairs to increase EF awareness, usually in co-operation with EF Ambassadors (former EF students). For online marketing facilitating monthly conference calls
> Daily communication with language schools around the world. Clarifying student documentations, flights schedules, accommodations and under age student documentations
> Personal focus on the EF Ambassador programme. Managed point collecting system and reward sending. Held national meetings throughout the year. Helped ambassadors to brainstorm ideas for marketing events (street actions and fair stands)
> Renewing the pre-departure process. Translating from English to Finnish new brochures templates, leaflets and sales letters
