I was responsible for the marketing for Oolannin and Frödinge frozen products. Year 2009 I was responsible for the marketing for Kantolan biscuits. Kantolan has 40 products on the market in Finland, with a 10 % market share. When launching new products I am selling the products to the wholesalers, the cooperation with the Key Account Manager is very tight. I am as well in near contact with the advertising- and the media agency. I am responsible for the packages, the advertising and the sales campaigns and all material needed. I am creating the annual marketing plan and I am working with consumer insights and trends.
Especial achievements; During my years at Chips Ab Oolannin EBiTA has been improving a lot. When working with Kantolan I grew the market share by launching Kantolan Dops into the market.
Travelling around the world

My husband Thomas Johanson participated in the Volvo Ocean Race 2008-2009 and me and the children supported him by first living in Lanzarote during the practice period 2007-2008 and then by following the race by travelling to all the stopovers around the world.
Holiday Club Finland

I was in charge of the sales from abroad. I negotiated with Europe’s biggest travel agencies about prices, allotment and visibility. My task was to get as many customers as possible to Holiday Club Finland’s resorts.
Especial achievements; I sold the first direct charter from the UK to Kuusamo. During the winter season there were 15 charters to Holiday Club Kuusamo.
5/2001 - 2/2003
I was in charge of the sales in Scandinavia and in the Baltic countries. I negotiated with the leading travel agencies and as well with Viking Line and Silja Line. My job description was similar as in Holiday Club Finland.
Especial achievements; I built an excellent relationship with my customers and I improved the sales.

I launched the Nestlé cereals to the Finnish market. I reported directly to Switzerland. I created the annual marketing plan. The launch was a great success, we got a market share of 10% in a month. I was in near contact with the advertising and the media agency, together we planned the packages, the advertising and the sales material, everything.
Especial achievements; the launch of the cereals into the Finnish market was the best in the Nordic countries, still today Nestlé cereals has a huge market share in Finland.
