We are currently looking for a supply planner for packaging materials for our client for the duration of parental leave, from February until August 2025. About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the ordering and calling off the packaging materials. As part of this job, you will be frequently collaborating with Operations and the rest of the Integrated Supply Chain team. The work will take place at the office in Helsinki and our client has a hybrid model, allowing you to work remotely for two days a week if you wish.

Work tasks
- Maintain the right packaging materials inventory levels while considering the lead times, raw material availability and supplier production capacity availability
- Participate in the packaging materials development process by handling the ordering and claims of test materials
- Work on possible supply issues and collaborate with other stakeholders to minimize impact
- Work with relevant stakeholders
We are looking for
- Suitable educational background for the job
- Previous experience in similar supply or production planning tasks
- Good skills in Excel and other Office tools
- Working language is English, Finnish is seen as an advantage
Experience of using SAP and/or Infor M3 is considered an advantage.
