Candidates should also be a collaborative and organised professional driven by the goal of educational excellence

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: supervising and mentoring grade-level teaching staff while guiding student welfare processes and fostering a culture of excellence in pedagogy
- Pedagogical Vision: implementing Finnish educational practices and connecting them seamlessly with IGCSE and ICSE curricula for grades 6 and above
- Team Development: mentoring and supporting staff with professional training, ensuring they embody the Finnish approach to student centered learning
- Strategic Coordination: overseeing admissions, school tours, parent association activities, and resource management to deliver a world class educational experience
- Collaborative Operations: working closely with the leadership and operations teams to recruit staff, planning the curriculum, and developing the schools operational framework
