About the role
In this role, you will provide technical support for spare parts, assisting customers and the sales team in identifying the correct part numbers and finding alternative solutions when standard parts are unavailable. Case handling and coordination will be key aspects of your work, ensuring cases progress efficiently and are properly closed. You will also maintain high-quality data in Salesforce by collecting and organizing all necessary information. Your contributions will streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction, making you an essential part of our team.

Work tasks
- Provide technical support for spare parts (including identifying part numbers, finding alternatives, and supporting with special spare parts)
- Case handling and coordination (manage overdue cases by ensuring timely follow-ups, progress tracking, and proper case closing)
- Maintain high-quality case data in Salesforce by gathering and organizing all relevant details
- Collaborate with teams to improve case handling and streamline processes
We are looking for
- Relevant education (e.g., Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Technically oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- System knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (or similar platforms)
It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge in power electronics, frequency converters, or other relevant technical expertise
- Proficiency in Finnish, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in technical customer support or a related role
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
