We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead and optimize IT operations in Finland and across our group. In this role, you will ensure seamless collaboration between internal resources and external IT service providers to deliver high-quality service and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee IT operations for 300+ users across multiple sites and countries.
-Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and group directives.
-Manage external vendors for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, backups, support, and hardware procurement.
-Ensure IT security compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIS2) and protect data integrity.
-Drive continuous improvement in IT services, balancing internal needs and vendor management.
-Contribute to group-level IT initiatives and ensure centralized IT strategies for all Milectria units.

Qualifications
-Strong knowledge of IT systems: networking, server management, cybersecurity, and helpdesk support.
-Relevant degree in systems science, computer technology, or related field; certifications are a plus.
-Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent communication skills.
-Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
