After our appreciated Quality Specialist accepted Quality Manager challenges outside of the company, Munax Oy is seeking now for
QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
to a permanent position at Laitila. In this role you will report to our Quality Manager and you will have 1-2 colleagues.
You will have your own responsibility area in developing our quality, food safety, hygiene and environmental topics at Munax Oy. The company is fully or partially audited against ISO 14001, FSSC 22 000, IFS Wholesale and different customer specific standards. At Munax quality, hygiene food safety and environmental topics are the matters of entire organization and we involve our employees a lot to these topics in various of ways. The candidate we are seeking of is not only the true specialist on these areas, but also excels in collaborating with the organization.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
-Consult, coach and train employees and stakeholder on the latest food safety, hygiene and environmanetal practices at Munax
-Conduct quality,food safety, hygiene and environmental evaluations/audits that ensures high customer and consumer satisfaction
-Handle and respond the consumer claims and work with key account managers to resolve customer claims
-Access and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of inspection information by the authorities
-Ensure we have required documentation in place
-Provide accurate reporting on food safety and environmental matters and ensure effective internal communication and customer communication
In this role you would benefit of having:
-Relevant degree for the role
-Proved track record of developing the quality, food safety, hygienia and environmental topics in Finland
-Engaging and innovative way of working with the organization
-Clear and inspiring way to train employees on different levels of the organization
-Ability organize and plan your own work and work on the self initiative
-Experience of working in multicultural teams
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Readiness to pull the sleeves and work hands on
