Customer service advisor in Athens or remotely in Greece
Are you ready for a new challenge and have amazing communication skills? We have opportunities in Greece! We are looking for both Technical Support Advisors and Customer Support Advisors for some of the most greatest brands.
You need to be able to deal with different types of personalities in a calm and professional manner. In addition to your technical and social competence, it is important that you possess a high level of knowledge in the Finnish and the English language.
Tasks:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat and e-mail
- Troubleshooting
- Follow up on cases and ensure that they are closed effectively and according to schedule
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and represent a multinational brand
- Work according to set goals
- Document cases in internal systems
