Carbon neutrality of the Kemi mine is an important step in achieving Outokumpu's ambitious science-based climate targets. In 2023, we made significant progress towards the carbon neutrality goal of the Kemi mine: one-third of the target was achieved by replacing fossil fuels with renewable fuels, reducing emissions by nearly 11.3 million kilograms.

In this role, you will drive innovative solutions and ensure operational excellence. Your contributions will support operations and maintenance to achieve targets, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and project predictability. You will report to the Manager Development.

Your Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute concentration process development projects.
-Innovate and refine concentration processes and methods.
-Oversee process development, R&D, and manufacturing excellence projects.
-Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
-Ensure accurate production reporting and process analysis development.

What we expect
