Job Summary: Momo Chef
We are looking for a skilled Momo Chef to join our team and bring expertise in crafting authentic and innovative momos to our menu. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the momo-making process, including dough preparation, diverse fillings, folding techniques, and cooking methods like steaming and frying. You will play a key role in ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
In this role, you will oversee the preparation and production of momos while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes, offering creative and flavorful variations to excite our customers. Inventory management, quality control of ingredients, and minimizing food waste are also part of your responsibilities.
A strong passion for Himalayan, Tibetan, or Nepali cuisine is essential, along with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Experience in making dumplings or similar dishes, attention to detail, and excellent time management will be key to success in this position.
