A day in your life with us
Imagine a day where you contribute to the entire people planning process, from forecasting to executing schedules that meet the needs of co-workers, customers, and the business.
You support department managers in developing, adapting, and improving quality schedules within forecasted hours, ensuring they reflect updated co-worker availability and skill levels. You follow up on the store's people planning process, ensuring compliance with all labor rules and internal requirements.
Additionally, you act as the unit superuser for Ortec solution-related matters.
