About the role
This Executive Assistant role is diverse and it includes a variety of tasks. However, most of your responsibilities are centered around supporting Vaisala's Executive team in their Industrial Measurements organization. Your workday may include tasks such as calendar management, travel bookings, organizing staff communications, providing communication support, and other administrative duties. Additionally, your role will involve assisting with event organization at the EMEA level. Event planning naturally requires extensive collaboration with various stakeholders, as well as handling specific tasks related to event coordination (sending invitations etc.)

We are looking for
-Suitable educational background
-Some prior experience in Executive Assistant/similar roles
-Excellent IT-skills (e.g. MS Office)
-Fluent written and spoken English language skills (Finnish language skills are seen as an advantage)
