In this new role you will participate in managing the financial reporting, audits and other compliance areas of Bluefors Group. You will participate in monthly consolidation and controlling process, prepare financial statements and tax fillings and develop our internal controls around financial reporting and ESG reporting capabilities. You will be contributing to the development of our financial reporting processes and systems, defining our Group reporting and accounting principles and participating in our IFRS conversion project. You will be part of Bluefors' Group Accounting team and report to our Corporate Controller.
To succeed in this role, you have a mindset for high-quality and an innovative, hands-on attitude with a desire to continuously improve the reporting processes. You already have over five years of relevant work experience and a master's degree in accounting, finance or similar field. You have excellent skills in both Finnish and English and good communication and presentation skills. We expect that you are result oriented and you have excellent knowledge of accounting standards and group consolidation process. You have a positive and collaborative mindset, and you are comfortable working in a global team.

Your main responsibilities will be
- Participating in monthly consolidation and controlling process, preparation of financial statements and tax filings
- Contributing to the development of financial reporting processes and systems (e.g. implementation of OneStream)
- Developing ESG reporting capabilities together with the sustainability team
- Defining Group reporting and accounting principles
- Participating in Group's IFRS conversion project
- Developing internal controls around financial reporting
- Partnering with our external auditors to ensure efficient audit processes
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field of financial controlling, auditing, group accounting, IFRS consulting, or similar
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or similar
- Result oriented with an eye for the right level of detail, comfortable working in a global team and desire to continuously improve processes
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (FAS and IFRS)
- Good understanding of group consolidation process
- Fluent verbal and written skills both in English and Finnish are a must

- Hands on attitude, problem solving skills and positive mindset
- Experience working in a growing international high-tech company
- Experience of IFRS conversion projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of OneStream is an advantage
