In this role, you will be responsible for the operations and personnel of the General Planning Team within the Power Line Business. Your duties will include goal-oriented personnel management, overseeing preliminary and general planning assignments, project management, cost estimation, and collaboration with other business areas according to task requirements. The open position is part of Enersense's Power business, where we help our clients implement the energy transition with services covering the entire lifecycle of the energy sector. These include the design, construction, and maintenance of power transmission networks and substations, as well as wind farms. Additionally, the business delivers solutions for electric vehicle charging systems and electricity storage.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  Your primary responsibility is to act as the supervisor of the design team
  You will be in charge of the team's resources and expertise, and support other business areas alongside your team, also handling external business and planning assignments
  You will act as a project manager for preliminary and general design projects as needed, according to your team's areas of responsibility
  Your team operates throughout Finland, in various locations and offices

Requirements:
  Relevant education or experience-based expertise
  Experience in supervisory roles and a desire to lead people
  Expertise and experience in the preliminary and general planning of 110-400 kV high-voltage lines
  Self-direction, organizational skills, and good negotiation and cooperation abilities
  To succeed in this role, you need fluent Finnish and satisfactory English language skills
  Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the tasks
