To support our international growth and the needs of our expanding customer base, Freesi is seeking to strengthen its Customer Success Team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Freesi, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for managing and developing customer engagement with your assigned customer portfolio. This role includes overseeing technical onboarding of new Freesi assets, delivering customer training, and leading engagement in customer steering group meetings. Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you will set business and technical targets, ensure customer success, and then agree on portfolio extensions while recommending new products to further support their evolving needs."
With an annual sales target and a technical foundation in HVAC, automation, or civil engineering, you will be positioned at the intersection of customer service and technical sales, providing expert support to help our customers succeed.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
Lead customer development activities:

Onboarding new buildings and customer accounts.
Training customer teams on our platform and solutions.
Engaging customers in Steering Group meetings, driving strategic discussions.
Collaborating with customers to set business and technical goals and ensuring they meet their objectives.
After customers achieve their goals, agree on portfolio extensions and suggest new products.

Provide both technical and commercial customer service.
Achieve annual sales targets by developing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

Experience in customer service and customer development.
Bachelor's or similar degree in HVAC, Automation, Civil Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Fluency in both Finnish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
