Are you a skilled assistant who enjoys helping others? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment where you can apply your precise work ethic? Are you looking to grow professionally within a leading Nordic financial institution?

If you answered "YES" to all three questions, keep reading! We are now looking for a new Legal Assistant to join Nordea's Nordic Group Corporate Legal function in a permanent, full-time role. Nordea's office is located in Vallila, Helsinki, and all employees work in a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Advisory Team that supports Nordea Group with a broad range of corporate legal matters, including company law, corporate governance, AGMs, Board secretariat services, legal entity management, IPR matters, and regulated disclosures.

As a Legal Assistant, your workdays will be diverse. You will provide efficient and high-quality administrative support in legal matters to various Nordea entities and senior executives. Key part of your role is to support the Board secretariats of Nordea Bank and its select Nordic subsidiaries and coordinate practical aspects of the board meetings, including meeting arrangements, scheduling, logistics and material deliveries.

What Nordea offers you:

- Extensive opportunities to develop professionally. Every employee is given equal opportunities to grow, collaborate, and succeed.

- An open atmosphere with low hierarchy and team support, where your contributions truly matter, and your ideas can help shape how Nordea does business today and tomorrow.

- A diverse and inclusive workplace with a team that values your unique skills and background.

- A competitive monthly salary and comprehensive benefits, such as lunch and refreshment allowances, employee bike benefit and occupational health care.

Apply for the Legal Assistant role if:

- You have at least two years of post-graduate experience in an administrative or legal assistant role within a professional organization, such as a law firm, consulting firm, bank or publicly listed company.

- You hold a suitable degree, such as a bachelor's in business administration.

- You are fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset.

- You have strong coordination and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and data.

- You have strong skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software efficiently.

In addition to your skills and expertise, Nordea values how you approach your work and your motivation to excel in your role. The Corporate Advisory Team thrives on a collaborative spirit, with a strong emphasis on ownership, professionalism, confidentiality, and a "can-do" attitude. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, planning, prioritization, flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning are key to taking full responsibility of your tasks and driving meaningful impact.

A security clearance will be performed for the person selected for this position.
