The Royal Thai Embassy in Helsinki is recruiting for the position of a Clerk in the Consular Section as a local employee, with the following details:
1. Job Position: Consular Clerk
2. Salary: The starting salary is 1,961 euros per month, including a bonus equal to one month's salary.
3. Period of Employment: Work begins as soon as the selection process is concluded or as agreed upon by both parties, with a probationary period of 6 months.
4. Duties and Responsibilities:
        4.1 Visa services, Thai passport services, civil registration, legalization services, document certification, and assistance to Thai nationals in distress abroad.
        4.2 Provide information to Thai and foreign nationals by answering inquiries via phone or email.
    4.3 Coordinate with local agencies to support the mission of the Embassy.
              4.4 Perform other tasks as assigned.
5. Qualifications of Applicants:
 5.1 Must have a residence or work permit in Finland.
               5.2 Educational qualifications must be not lower than a bachelor's degree or equivalent, not currently enrolled in studies.
        5.3 Must have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Thai, English, and Finnish.
       5.4 Proficient in basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
       5.5 Flexible in working hours and possess teamwork skills.
