We're looking for senior software developers who are already the top among the top in their trade.

At Floness, you'll develop an AI application that our users love. It is the most important objective of the company to build a product that makes our customers successful.

In order to do that, you will most probably work closely with our customers and do what makes them successful. So, we hope you have good communication skills and can be trusted to have a direct relationship with our customers.

We prioritize delivering functional code that gets the job done over extensive unit testing. With the latest developer AI tools, such as Cursor and AI models like Claude and GPT-4, it's crucial that you quickly recognize what's to be done and then do it.

We do have an idea of a product roadmap. But we won't stick to a 3- or 6-month plan for the sake of planning. We hope you understand that change is positive. If there's a good reason to change a plan, the only smart thing to do is to truly change it.

Our tech abbreviations are Javascript/Typescript, node.js, React, git, streams, blobs, SQLite, AI, APIs, Macs, Linux, shell scripts and shipping.

- have graduated from a top university or studied in one
- have strong technical understanding of how computer programs work
- have designed and implemented software projects autonomously
- can demonstrate prior experience and successful projects
- are able to show your coding skills in projects or/and coding exercises
- can express yourself in English

The interview process will consist of live interviews and live coding exercises.
