I am writing this cover letter to you as I am looking for a new colleague to be our new Senior Vice President in our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) customer segment. As a Senior Vice President, you will lead our efforts in developing new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth, and managing strategic relationships in our OEM customer segment. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our service offerings for OEM customers and will have full responsibility for driving profitability and leading global sales efforts.

Your job responsibilities would be to:

- Implement global sales strategies, identify new markets, and grow the OEM customer base
- Oversee P&L for the OEM business area, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Build strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and expand services
- Guide and support your sales team to achieve targets and grow international presence
- Secure beneficial partnerships through expert negotiation and contract management
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure service excellence and meet customer needs

You are suitable for this position, if you have:

- 10+ years in global business development or sales, with expertise in the OEM sector
- Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Skill in creating growth strategies and aligning them with business goals
- Expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Excellent skills in managing contracts and customer relationships
- The ability to understand OEM business needs and promote our services effectively
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent skills in English and Finnish. Other languages skills are considered as a plus

PS. Your main workplace is in our HQ in Vaasa, but you can work hybrid remotely. I work mainly in Vaasa, some other colleagues in Tampere, Helsinki and abroad.
