I am writing this cover letter to you as I am looking for a new colleague to be our new Senior Vice President in our Owners and Investors customer segment. As a Senior Vice President, you will lead our efforts in developing new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth, and managing strategic relationships in our Owners & Investors customer segment. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our Project Management Consulting (PMC) services and will have full responsibility for driving profitability and leading global sales efforts.

Here are some of the main job responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand our PMC services
- Ensure revenue and profitability growth, with P&L responsibility for the customer segment
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to promote PMC services and expand the company's reach
- Lead and develop the sales team, driving performance and supporting global expansion
- Negotiate contracts with partners and customers, securing valuable agreements.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you have:

- Proven experience in global sales strategy development and driving business growth (10+ years of experience)
- Strong ability to build and manage partnerships in an international context
- Leadership skills with experience in guiding and developing sales teams
- Familiarity with P&L management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Fluent English skills. Other language skills are considered as a plus.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
