Dear Future Colleague,

I am writing this cover letter to you as I am looking for a new colleague to be our new Chief Operations Officer (COO). At Prohoc, we want to provide our customers and employees excellent service and support, and to be even more successful, we need you on our team.

As a COO, you will take an important role in the Group Management Team, and you are reporting directly to me. You will lead, manage, and develop our operational value streams, ensuring that customer value is delivered efficiently and that our team thrives in a high-performance environment. Your job responsibilities include guiding and coaching the operations team, ensuring customer satisfaction and being a champion in Health & Safety matters. In addition, you will ensure that the operational goals are met for deadlines, quality and cost. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence through Lean methodologies, ensuring that we meet all quality, safety, and performance standards while aligning with our company strategy.

Prohoc as a next step would be right for a person, who has:
- 5+ years of experience in leading operations, preferably in an industrial and global context
- Strong knowledge and experience in Lean methodologies and quality assurance
- Proven skills in financial management, cost control, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Fluent skills in English. Other language skills are considered as a plus.
- A Master's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field

PS. Your main workplace is in our HQ in Vaasa, but you can work hybrid remotely. I work mainly in Vaasa, some other colleagues in Tampere, Helsinki and abroad.
