Happy Toddlers is a non-profit English daycare maintained by a parents' association. We have been providing high-quality early childhood education since 1993. Happy Toddlers in an official preschool and offers 28 places for children between 3 and 6 years of age. We are situated in the peaceful area of Nuottaniemi, Espoo, with good traffic connections. Our team is international, dynamic, and professional. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop as a leader and advance our operations. You will be supported in your work by the kindergarten's board, the chair of the board, and the entire kindergarten staff.

We are looking for a qualified Daycare Director/Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team of professionals. The daycare director acts as the supervisor of the kindergarten staff, is a teacher for a group of 8 children, is responsible for personnel management, pedagogical leadership, and operational management of the kindergarten. The daycare director handles customer acquisition and marketing, as well as recruitment in collaboration with the board. Additionally, the daycare director participates in board meetings and oversees the association's operations, including budget preparation, and drafting of the annual report and operational plan.

- Qualification requirements include the eligibility of a responsible director according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) § 31; qualification as an early childhood education teacher or early childhood education social worker, and at least a master's degree in education or eligibility according to the transitional provisions of § 75 of the Early Childhood Education Act and sufficient leadership skills.
