We are currently looking for a Project Controller in Porvoo, Finland. The start would be as soon as possible and the position is permanent.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  Plan and execute cost estimating responsibilities according to quality standards in projects independently
  Ensure applicable, accurate and consistent data by audits and cross checks
  Ensure project risks are identified and adequately addressed in the estimate
  Ask quantity take-offs and vendor pricing from disciplines and in co-operation with purchasing
  Obtain relevant craft productivity, wage rates, and construction cost indexes input from Field Services or other entity
  Compile the estimates with associated pricing according the standard form
  Conduct cost risk analysis as appropriate for type of estimate
  Lead own professional development according to the strategic vision
  Engage with Project Team and relevant customer representatives
  Project reporting
  Progress reporting for engineering, procurement and construction
  Development of reporting and planning tools

Requirements:
  Suitable educational background
  Project controlling experience from large industrial projects
  Team player with good attitude and readiness to work also on site (hybrid working model possibility)
  Experience of SAP and Power BI is considered as an advantage
