We are searching for an experienced Development Team Lead to join our rapidly growing team. As a Development Team Lead at Seepia, you will be at the forefront of our development efforts, looking after our team of game developers and helping ensure that our technical solutions are robust, scalable, and innovative.

What you'll do:
Lead and coordinate a team of game developers, providing direction and ensuring best practices.
Encourage collaboration between our teams, including art, design, QA, and management.
Help resolve technical challenges, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Develop well performing ads and games using HTML5/Typescript.
Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in playable ads and gambling games.

Who we think will do great in this role has:
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in game development.
Deep knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.

We'd love if you have some of these:
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.
Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with mobile or gambling games (including e-instants and slot games).
Familiarity with high-level scripting languages, version-control systems, CMS systems, and client/server networking.
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design and layout software.
A passion for interactive advertising and gambling games, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies and creative solutions.
