Mölnlycke's factory in Mikkeli is now looking for a new Sterilization Specialist who will join the wider Quality function where you will act as a key player in driving the functionality and development of the sterilization process of our Wound Care products.

About the job
In this role, you'll make a significant contribution to our Wound Care business area through:
- Supporting in tasks related to internal and external EO gas sterilization and steam sterilization by, for example:
- arranging EO/ECH residue analyses related to projects
- maintaining and developing documents related to sterilization
- assisting, planning and implementing of sterilization validation activities and annual reviews

- Owning responsibility of the daily routines related to sterilization, such as deviation handling, routine residual analysis and sterilization evaluations caused by product changes
- Supporting in tasks related to microbiology and environmental monitoring
- Actively support and guide the organization in matters of quality, environment and health and safety, in order to ensure compliance and understanding.

- Relevant engineering degree
- Analytical and problem solving skills with a curious mindset
- Communicative skills in Finnish and English
