Work tasks
-Communicating SAP system changes to the internal end-users in cooperation with technical teams and business stakeholders
-Maintaining SAP related information in internal communication channels
-Supporting with selected practicalities arrangements in the S4 transformation program
-Facilitating the SAP Key-User communities in cooperation with global stakeholders
-Facilitating workshops together with stakeholders
-Supporting SAP organization in other communication matters

We are looking for
-Relevant university or UAS degree suitable for the position e.g. communication or business
-Fluent English language skills & excellent communication skills
-Evidence of previous experience in communications
-Fluent M365 skills (Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage)
-Facilitation skills

It is meritorious if you have
-Work experience in corporate communication
-Knowledge about SAP
-Knowledge can be gained through education, experience, or self-taught.
