Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle is located in Santa Claus Village on the Arctic Circle Rovaniemi. We have one restaurant, a lobby bar, a cozy reception area and 71 Premium glass igloos.

We are looking for a RECEPTION DUTY MANAGER.
As a reception duty manager you will be in charge of our daily customer service with your team during the shift. Your daily tasks include customer service, bookings, invoicing and supervision. You will also work together with our Igloo Manager to make sure our guests will collect the remarkable memories to bring back to their home town after staying with us.

We appreciate:
-Excellent customer service, proactive approach and supervision skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Good English language skills and excellent communication skills - other languages are a plus (Finnish is not required)
-2+ years experience at the reception as a duty manager
-Experience with Opera and/or Opera Cloud reservation system is seen as a plus
-Education in tourism field is also seen as an advantage
