Key Responsibilities:

Development: Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Next.js, and Nuxt.js.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to ensure high-quality code and effective collaboration.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver cohesive and robust solutions.
Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 6+ years of programming experience with 5+ years specializing in front-end development.
Leadership: 3+ years of experience in leading teams (3+ members).
Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and Git.
Projects: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
Problem-solving: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss product requirements and technical solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English (B1) and Russian (Fluent), Finnish (optionally)
