We are now looking for an Order-handling Specialist at Hitachi Energy, Transformer Service business in Vaasa. We offer a position with dynamic environment to work close with customers, suppliers and our own Hitachi Energy team. In this role, your main responsibility is order-handling, invoicing tasks, customer service, and other admin tasks, e.g., related to business partner and material master data.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in different development projects and tasks regarding our order-delivery-invoicing process with our SAP S/4HANA system and support other operative end-users in project management and operations in using SAP.

Your responsibilities
- Use SAP S/4HANA for various tasks focusing on order entry and invoicing.
- Verify order accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping details, to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Liaise with internal teams including sales, project management, operations, finance, warehouse, and shipping to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status, order acknowledgements and invoices.
- Maintain business partner and material master data and support other end-users in order-delivery process.

Your background
- B.Sc. business administration or another relevant field.
- Experience in financial administration tasks.
- Experience in working with SAP is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Good and precise with details.
- You can communicate effectively in Finnish and in English.
- Service-minded attitude.
- Ability to think analytically and quickly associate facts.
- Good organization of own work.
