About the role
Your role as a Digital Learning Specialist will involve creating and delivering digital and virtual learning solutions. Your duties will consist of designing and producing digital learning materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, and other virtual interactive activities. You will also establish and apply virtual training best practices to ensure that participants are engaged and retain the learning outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital learning solutions into broader training and development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to simplify complex information and ensure learning materials meet business needs. You will work within a global team, actively contributing to the enhancement of digital learning experiences. This position is temporary and is expected to continue until at least the end of 2024.

Work tasks:
-Design and implement digital and virtual learning solutions, including eLearning modules, digital and virtual assets

We are looking for:
-Relevant educational background
-Experience and understanding of digital learning platforms and tools
-Ability to produce high-quality visual and instructional content
-Fluency in English
Previous work experience from similar work tasks and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar LMS software is seen as an advantage.
