Työn kuvaus:

Pyörämekaanikkona Yeplyn Hollannin toiminnoissa työskentelet monenlaisten sähköpyörien ja sähkötavarapyörien parissa B2B-asiakkaille. Tämä on upea tilaisuus laajentaa asiantuntemustasi uusimmissa pyöräteknologioissa. Olet osa dynaamista tiimiä, joka on sitoutunut tarjoamaan erinomaista palvelua yritysasiakkaillemme.

Vastuut:

- Sähköpyörien ja sähkörahtipyörien huolto ja korjaaminen B2B-asiakkaillemme

- Asiakastyytyväisyyden varmistaminen korkealaatuisen palvelun kautta

- Huolehdit siististä työympäristö

- Kommunikoi tehokkaasti asiakkaiden ja tiimin jäsenten kanssa

- Kehität kanssamme maailman parasta palvelua!

Vaatimukset:

- Vähintään 2 vuoden kokemus pyörämekaanikkona

- Vahvat tekniset taidot ja tietämys pyöristä, erityisesti sähköpyöristä ja tavarapyöristä

- Erinomainen ongelmanratkaisukyky

- Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti ja osana tiimiä

- Hyvät viestintätaidot englanniksi tai hollanniksi

- B-ajokortti

Job Description:

As a bike mechanic in Yeply's Netherlands operations, you will work on a variety of e-bikes and e-cargo bikes for B2B clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in the latest bike technologies. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing excellent service to our business customers.

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and repair of e-bikes and e-cargo bikes for our B2B customers

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service

- Keeping the work environment clean and organized

- Effective communication with clients and team members

- Collaborate with us to create the best service in the world!

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a bike mechanic

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of bicycles, especially e-bikes and cargo bikes

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills in English or Dutch

- Driver's license (Category B)
