In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement their environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) policies and procedures globally, contributing to a greener future for all. The position is permanent, and recruitment is carried out in cooperation with Barona Engineering.

As the Sustainability Manager at K.Hartwall, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing a program for their environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) policies and procedures on a global scale. You will be tasked with producing regular reports and assessments of their ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and making recommendations for future policy and action.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing corporate reporting based on the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). You'll play a crucial role in communicating updates on ESG topics to relevant stakeholders and planning marketing strategies that emphasize their achievements and the added value they bring to their customers and products.

Furthermore, you'll be instrumental in implementing a new system to support ESG program implementation and reporting, as well as providing support to management and business functions in sustainability development.

Overall, your contributions will be key in driving K.Hartwall's Sustainability initiatives forward, ensuring that they continue to make a positive impact on the environment and society while delivering value to their stakeholders. You will report to the Deputy CFO.

Experience and Requirements:

-Suitable academic background with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
   -Expertise in sustainability reporting, strategy, communication, and project management related to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
   -Previous experience developing corporate Sustainability reporting according to EU CSRD and ESRS.
   -Experience working in an organization with production, global operations, subcontractors, and channel partners is beneficial.
   -Strong English and good Finnish language skills; proficiency in Swedish or German is considered a benefit.
