We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ABB Motors & Generators in Vaasa. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle orders from ABB's sales companies and ensure their technical and commercial correctness together with the engineering team. These orders are mainly in English, Swedish, and Finnish which is why excellent communication skills will help you succeed in this role. You will also handle order changes in co-operation with the project managers.

In this role you will report to Order Support Manager.

Your responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Delivering effective resolutions to customers with order related queries by coordinating with internal resources, such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and After-Sales
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
- Taking a responsibility for your own actions and work while supporting your colleagues

Your background
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree from a relevant field, such as business, economics, industrial management or equivalent
- Good knowledge and previous experience with SAP
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and social skills with a customer service mindset
- Thorough and organized way of working
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage large entities
- Confidence and ability to make independent decisions is essential
- Previous work experience from a similar role is seen as a benefit
- Language skills in Swedish or German are seen as a benefit
